The reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 182(FIN) "An                                          
Act requiring reductions in payments to individuals under certain                                   
benefit programs if appropriations are not sufficient to fully fund the                             
statutorily established levels of payments" was not taken up this                                   
legislative day and the bill was referred to the Secretary for                                      
engrossment.
